On Tuesday, Jan. 25, Red and I braved the rain because she hooked us up with tickets to see Christian Kane play at Tin Roof in Nashville.
You may know him better as Lindsey McDonald, lawyer for Wolfram & Hart on Angel.
I don't know what was better, the Patrón magaritas (Sorry, Bob! At least two of those were free?), the music (though neither of us love country) or the unexpected situation Red was put in about 30 seconds before Kane was set to go on stage.
We turn from our chairs to see Kane, dressed in a red, plaid shirt and gray, cut-off gloves as if he's something between a rocker and a sexy lumberjack. I get a wide-eyed look from Red, who thinks quickly, turns to him, addresses him by name and asks if he has a drink. Kane kinda fumbled, as if 1). He was distracted by how much time he had to travel from bar to stage or 2). He thought he should know who Red was but had a brain cramp. It was awesome!

OOH, that Christian Kane guy is cute. And I seen you like Hugh Jackman and one of your favorite movies is Love Actually. My favorite scene in there is where Hugh Grant starts dancing. It's hilarious. Whenever I watch it my dad is usually right there too and in the beginning, my dad says it reminds him of Keith Richards from The Rolling Stones. In the beginning, that guy does remind me a little of Keith. Hugh Jackman is one of my fave actors, he's able to sing, dance and act: HOTTIE!
