Every woman I know wants to live the way she could if she had Jennifer Anniston's money and Heidi Klum's style for Ms. Cheap's budget. It's difficult to find ways to pinch pennies, budget cash and still feel like you get to go out, wear nice things and do what you want. However, a lot of people don't want to sit around hunting through Sunday ads or clipping coupons.
Instead, try downloading an app, like Droid coupons for your phone. In addition, sign-up for radio station updates, because the stations sometimes offer one-day coupons to use at attractions and restaurants.
While http://www.restaurant.com/ is great, it's highly used and isn't Nashville-specific. Instead, try Nashville Originals (gives percentages off by increment in which you buy certificates for local, non-chain restaurants in the area), Nashville Rewards for local coupons, Groupon Nashville which offers 50-90% off services (at spas, for example), restaurants, and lessons (such as dancing), http://www.gotheredothis.com/ (which offers attraction discounts to water parks and Nashville Symphony tickets for $38 vs. $150) and Half-off Nashville (self-explanatory).
Finally, look for places that offer military, college and other discounts. Also, research locally-owned restaurant menus for special weekday menus. Places like Rumba have a Mucho Monday 3-Course Meal for $22, Rafferty's has all-you-can eat ribs in Wednesdays (and $3 wine and $5 appetizers daily form 3-8pm) and a lot of places allow kids to eat free on Tuesdays.
In addition, sign up for chain restaurant and store emails. You don't get very many of them, unless they come out with new menu items, but ofter they will send you birthday and anniversary coupons. For example, I received several $5 off a $20 purchase emails, one BOGO buffet coupon and a free panty without purchase from Victoria's Secret.
You might have to do some research, but it's not too difficult to find ways to be diva-ous with your wallet.
